About the Band

Astropop formed in 1994 and earned a loyal following through 1998. During that time they played at many iconic Chicago venues including the Metro, Beat Kitchen, House of Blues, and those bars that make you want to burn your pants after sitting on their barstools. Now, after a long hiatus, they’ve reformed, and are rocketing their way back into the spotlight.
